Have I ever mentioned how much I love watches? I know I have my cell phone to tell me what time it is, but its not the same. I like having a watch to match my outfit, and I like having one on to tell the time.

My brother and my sister in law gave me this super cute pink watch for my birthday last June, and I love it. I've worn it a lot...but then time changed back in ...when was that? Forever ago. I tried to change the time on my watch but I couldn't pull out that feisty little peg to do it. So I wore it anyway, and just kept in mind it was an hour off. For a long time. I'm happy to report now that I finally got some help and my watch is back on the right time again! I just have to remember its not an hour off anymore or I could end up in trouble...

This isn't over? Ugh...

Secondly, there is nothing like waking up and playing drums in the morning to start your day off right...It's awesome.

Lastly- Sanuks? Most comfortable things you'll put on your feet. The bottoms are made out of the same cushyness flip flops are made out of and they are wonderful :)

I think Valentine's Day is great...which is funny, because I don't even care for holidays. I just don't see what all the big fuss is about that people make over not liking it.
When people don't like other holidays you don't really hear them getting all bitter and bent out of shape about them as much as you do with Valentine's Day. And really, all Valentine's Day is about is Love. So....what's so bad about that? Shouldn't everyone be trying to love more and show love more? Its really just a day to spend time letting people know you care about them when you might not normally get the chance, because sometimes we get so busy we forget, or don't feel like we have the time.
Also- conversation hearts? yummmmm. All sorts of candy and chocolate in the shape of hearts? How cute and delicious is that?
Anyway, I've heard a lot of bitterness lately, so I thought i'd stick up for the day a little. But I'm also just in a really good mood because this Valentine's Day I got a fantastic new album entitled "LOVE" to listen to for free, courtesy of Angels and Airwaves, delicious big conversation heart candy to eat all by myself, and other stuffs including fabulous music, food, and new sneetches for the back of my car! seriously, how cute are they?

 and I was so sad about my last one...

So this has been a pretty good weekend. Plus no school today, which is even better. Not bad at all...

"LOVE"

You might think this is going to be about Valentine's day, but it's not. Or maybe it is. Maybe with all the hearts and hype around lately it's opened me up to feel even more than I normally would, but there's no way to be sure. All I know is that I'm in love. ...but maybe not in the typical fashion one might refer to. Let me explain.
One of my bands released a new album today. As I sit here listening to it in the dark, I am captured by what I can only describe as love. The excitement, the anticipation...never knowing whats coming next, or even knowing whats coming next and knowing how it makes you feel...it makes my heart pump faster just thinking of it. I wish I had more words to describe it. I wish I knew what one thing I could say to sum it up- to make everyone be able to sit back and say "ah, I know just the feeling."
Everyone describes love as this amazing phenomenon. Something epic and most of all, something that can't be explained, but can only be felt. That's how I feel as I lay down, feeling the beat of the music and feeling my emotions rise and drop with each new experience. That's what they are- these songs...they aren't songs so much as experiences. If you listen to them right. That's what all music is.
And so I lay here full of love. Not listening to music, but experiencing it. Its something I don't really expect people to understand, but something I felt the need to express anyway because my heart is so full. Its something I want to share with everyone I know. I hope everyone feels this way about something in their life...because its these moments of love that make everything better.

So a couple days ago I was trying to re-format my computer now that I have my new camera and it saves HUGE files. I was wasting time as I waited for something to load, and logged on to facebook. I looked around a little, read some statuses, almost logged off- but then clicked on my page real quick. To my dismay I found that my profile picture had been changed! To this:
