ok, we all know i don't cook. it's a great joke for everyone to harass me about and i'm ok with that. however, i do usually like making desserts. mmm. but if you're ever around me while i'm making them i'll most likely ask you to please crack the egg in the bowl for me. i usually do it casually and coolly so people will just think i'm busy getting the other stuff together and not even think about it too much, but the truth is- i'm terrible at cracking eggs! i know, it's not hard, right? i've had people tell me all kinds of tricks. i swear, no matter how clean i crack that shell there is a tiny little teeny piece that gets in there. but now.....there is a solution to my problem! hahaha. I'm totally getting it. .

So first, I was going to let you know that Curtis has the same problem. He cracks eggs in a separate bowl so he can pull the shells out. I always thought that was funny :) I tend to get less shells if I crack the egg on a flat surface, as opposed to the side of the bowl. All of that aside though WOW!!! That is the COOLEST egg cracking gadget I've ever seen!!! I'm pretty sure that even without egg cracking woes, I need it!!
